Designed to bring large families and groups together, Casa La Reserva is organized around a central courtyard, where terraces, open-air walkways, and tropical vegetation become the heart of everyday life.

The deep red tones of its volumes reinterpret the distinctive colors of Yucatán’s historic colonial houses and haciendas, establishing a dialogue between the region’s architectural heritage and a contemporary expression.

The project celebrates the relationship between architecture, landscape, and the spaces that bring people together.
