Casa O+I is a single-family residence designed on a generously sized site, where a longitudinal layout organizes the program and reinforces the connection with the outdoors.

The project is conceived as a sequence of spaces that emphasizes an open circulation experience, allowing the house to be explored through its exterior areas. From the most private spaces to the public ones, movement is organized around the terrace, creating a continuous connection between indoor and outdoor living and fostering a lifestyle closely linked to the region’s climate.

Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, the house adopts a contemporary language defined by pure volumes, continuous surfaces, and a restrained material palette. White finishes unify the composition, while concrete walkways and vegetation provide shade, freshness, and rhythm throughout the experience of the home.

The design emphasizes horizontality, openness, and a close relationship with the surrounding landscape, creating a spatial experience that is flexible, airy, and in constant dialogue with its environment.
