Located within a private residential community and positioned on a corner lot overlooking the development’s amenities, this project was conceived to take advantage of its eastern orientation, capturing prevailing breezes and establishing an open relationship with its surroundings.
Through a contemporary architectural language and a sequence of courtyards and pathways, the design creates shaded, cool, and naturally ventilated spaces. The proposal responds sensitively to the region’s climate while promoting a continuous connection between interior and exterior environments.
The organization of the house encourages natural airflow, daylight, and outdoor living, creating a comfortable and climate-responsive environment that reinforces the relationship between architecture, landscape, and everyday life.
