Located in the Historic Center of Mérida, this boutique hotel was conceived as a hospitality project focused on rest, privacy, and a close connection with nature. The program includes five suites, each designed to offer a unique and intimate experience, in addition to six guest rooms and an apartment for the property manager.

The project draws inspiration from the architectural heritage of Mérida’s colonial center, reinterpreting traditional elements through a contemporary language. Open spaces, courtyards, and interconnected pathways establish a continuous relationship between architecture, vegetation, and natural light, creating a sequence of spatial experiences throughout the property.

Existing vegetation plays a fundamental role within the project, providing shade, privacy, and a natural integration with the surrounding historic context. Common areas and circulation spaces are conceived as a collection of interconnected atmospheres that encourage discovery and contemplation.

Through its intimate scale and restrained architectural expression, the proposal seeks to create a hospitality experience rooted in calm, landscape, and sensory perception, offering guests a meaningful connection to both place and nature.
