Jardín Mukul is a master plan for a private residential community where urban design and landscape are integrated to create a living environment deeply connected to nature. Developed on a one-hectare site, the project includes 32 residential lots organized through a planning strategy that prioritizes vegetation, privacy, and the relationship between architecture and the natural landscape.
From the earliest stages of the design process, the proposal was conceived to remain fully immersed in its existing vegetation, allowing the landscape to define the character of the development. Roads, pedestrian paths, and common areas are carefully integrated into the natural setting, creating a cohesive relationship between the built environment and the site.
The project promotes an experience where shade, silence, and the constant presence of trees become essential components of everyday life. Jardín Mukul proposes a contemporary approach to residential planning in which landscape is not treated as an addition to the development, but as its defining framework.
