The presence of ten existing trees defines both the placement and character of the project. Located within a residential development distinguished by its commitment to preserving native vegetation, the architecture is carefully woven into the landscape, adapting to the natural conditions of the site.

The house is organized around a covered terrace that serves as the central element connecting public and private areas, establishing a fluid transition between the different spaces of the residence. From this point, the project unfolds in direct relationship with the surrounding trees, integrating vegetation as an active component of the spatial experience.

The interior spaces are characterized by deep shade, helping regulate temperature, while shaded courtyards create microclimates that mitigate the region’s heat. This passive environmental strategy shapes the way the house is inhabited, prioritizing thermal comfort and a continuous connection with nature.

Each opening was carefully positioned to frame views of the vegetation, strengthening the visual relationship with the landscape and creating an experience in which interior and exterior are perceived as a continuous whole.
