This townhouse development is conceived around a spatial sequence in which natural light becomes one of the defining elements of the project. Within each residence, a central atrium illuminated from above introduces daylight deep into the interior, creating a dynamic atmosphere shaped by the changing patterns of light and shadow throughout the day while providing calm and contemplative living spaces.

The architectural proposal seeks to present the development as a single, unified composition rather than a collection of individual dwellings. A continuous façade establishes a cohesive architectural identity, reinforcing the perception of the project as a larger and more integrated whole.

This approach creates a stronger and more coherent architectural presence within its context, giving the development a clear sense of unity, scale, and character.
