The project consists of a main residence and a guest house located at the rear of the site. Both volumes are conceived as independent elements that are connected through a double-height terrace and a swimming pool, creating the central gathering space of the property.

This outdoor area functions as the heart of the project, where social activities take place and relationships between the different spaces are established. The arrangement of the volumes creates a clear transition between public and private areas while maintaining a continuous connection between both buildings.

Materially, the project embraces an honest architectural expression. Structural elements, floors, and exterior walkways are left exposed, allowing the materials to convey their character directly and without additional finishes. In contrast, walls and ceilings are resolved with a custom polished cement plaster that provides continuity throughout the project.

Beyond its aesthetic qualities, this material approach responds to a desire for construction efficiency and process optimization, resulting in an architecture that is restrained, efficient, and defined by a strong material identity.
